1. Introduction

Welcome to 1ClubNepal. By purchasing tickets or enrolling in our physical events, online workshops, or masterclasses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in 1ClubNepal activities, including both physical and online events.

2. Eligibility for Participation

1ClubNepal welcomes individuals of all ages to participate in our events, workshops, and masterclasses. There is no age restriction for participation.

3. Event Offerings and Pricing

1ClubNepal offers:

Physical Events: In-person workshops, seminars, and networking events.
Online Workshops: Virtual sessions designed to provide valuable insights into business, leadership, and personal development.
Online Masterclasses: Paid, in-depth sessions conducted by industry leaders and experts. Pricing for each event varies and will be clearly listed on our website or promotional materials.

4. Payment Terms

Payments for physical events, online workshops, and masterclasses can be made using the following methods:

Domestic Payments: Bank transfer, eSewa and Khalti.

International Payments: Accepted via online payment methods.

Payment details will be provided during the registration process, and all payments must be made in full at the time of booking.

5. Refund Policy

1ClubNepal offers the following refund policy for unsatisfactory experiences:

Physical Events: If you are not satisfied with a physical event, you may request a full refund by the end of the first break. If you cannot make the physical event, you must let us know at least 7 days before the event start date.
Online Masterclasses and workshops: If you are not satisfied with an online masterclass, you may request a full refund within 3 days.

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with your payment receipt and reason for dissatisfaction. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request being approved. Refunds may not be granted for failure to attend an event unless a valid reason (e.g., medical emergency) is provided.

6. Code of Conduct

To ensure a respectful and productive environment for all participants, you agree to:

Engage respectfully with other participants, speakers, and organisers.Avoid discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behaviour. Participate fully and actively in workshops and events.

Violations of this code of conduct may result in removal from the event without a refund.

7. Event Participation and Responsibilities

By attending a 1ClubNepal event (in-person or online), you agree to:

Follow the event schedule and instructions provided by the organisers.Refrain from recording or distributing event content without permission.Assume responsibility for your personal belongings during physical events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content shared during 1ClubNepal events, workshops, and masterclasses—including presentations, videos, and materials—belongs to 1ClubNepal or the event speakers. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information provided during registration will be used solely for event management and communication purposes. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Changes to Events

1ClubNepal reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, or content. In the event of a significant change (e.g., venue or date change), participants will be notified promptly. If an event is cancelled, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or credit toward future events.

11. Limitation of Liability

1ClubNepal will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from your participation in events or workshops. Participation is at your own risk.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

1ClubNepal reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants, and continued participation in events will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
